Ingredients

  • 8 TBSP los-sodium soy sauce Tamari is an excellent choice if you are avoiding soy
  • 4 TBSP chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cup minced scallions
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 6-8 ounce salmon filet
  • 2 TBSP sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 lemon sliced thin (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk together soy sauce (or tamari) ginger, scallions and garlic in a nonmetallic bowl.  Add optional sesame seeds if using.
  • Place salmon files in shallow dish and cover with soy-ginger sauce.  Allow to marinate for 30 min
  • Cover baking sheet with foil.
  • Place fish on foil and top with any remaining marinade.  Top with sliced lemon, if using.
  • Broil 5-7 min
