Pineapple Raspberry Banana Smoothie
Pineapple is full of Vitamin C and potassium, and it is one of the best sources of anti-oxidants out there. The anti-oxidants not only boost your immunity but also help to keep your skin and body feeling and looking younger.
Servings: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup banana
- 1/2 cup liquid of choice (water, coconut water, almond milk)
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients into blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
This smoothie can easily be made into a green smoothie. Simply add a handful of your green of choice. (Romaine, spinach, kale…)
