Ingredients

  • 8 cloves garlic, slivered
  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine garlic with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and shrimp
  • Marinate shrimp for 1 hour in refrigerator
  • Heal olive oil and saute shrimp 3 min on each side
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
